From a software perspective Assetic receives three main types of feedback from customers these being Suggestions, Problems and Questions.

Based on the categorisation of the issue we follow different processes in determining an outcome, these are detailed below.

Suggestions

Suggestions are classified as a request for a software improvement or a new feature 

 

Problems

Problems are classified as a bug, limitation or obsolescence in the software

Questions

Questions are classified under user understanding and training
